We went to 2nd floor, where the function will be held. We were assigned to a VIP Holding Room before proceed to the Grand Ballroom. Because we need to wait the Royalty's arrival at 830pm. Alot of guests have arrived at 7pm, they registered themselves and went into the ballroom while me and mom socializing with the Lions & Spouses in the holding room.We were treated cocktails along with snacks while waiting for the guest of honour's arrival.
Upon the arrival of the royalty, I grabbed the camera and shoot non-stop. *as if I'm the press*
Dad and his organizing committee put in alot of effort in making this function a successful ones. The event hired Ipoh's famous emcee, KT Pillai to be the night's emcee. Top Vision in-charged the photography and video recording part. Media press were invited as well.
Parents were to be seated with the royalty as well as others past and future high position Lions. The night start of with Dad going up on stage and call the meeting. The whole function was going smooth following the agenda. Can't mention and explain too much over here. Overall, the function was a successful ones. Pictures to be uploaded in FB.
